11. Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Within 14 days of receiving the product.
Exclusions:
- Sleeping Gear: Not returnable unless defective.
- Opened Packaging: 15% restocking fee may apply.
Conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.
- Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees:
- Defective or wrong item: No return fee.
- Change of mind: Customer bears shipping and refund transfer costs.
