By purchasing via the website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Read carefully before using the online service. If you do not agree (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms and Conditions, do not use the online service.

Customers who complete product and/or seller reviews are provided with full ownership and license to reproduce their reviews in any marketing material and publish them on the website and in marketing material without further customer consent based on the submission of the review.

Product information, stock, and pricing

While the WebsiteWebsite strives to provide accurate product information (such as stock availability, pricing, product features, images, and specifications) and services information, typographical errors may occur.
The colors of our products that appear on the Website will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Publishing any form of product/service information (including -but not limited to marketing proposals, ads, offers, magazines, and flyers) on the Website does not guarantee stock, offer, and price available online or in-store.
When providing product/service and pricing information on the Website, The Website cannot confirm the pricing and total cost of a product/service until online checkout is completed. Suppose a product/service is listed and invoiced at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product/service information. In that case, the WebsiteWebsite has the right to either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we accept and process your order online, the total cost will be debited to your credit card / Mada card account, notifying you by email that the payment has been processed.
We strive to provide you with the best prices on the Website and in all our stores. However, sometimes price online does not match the price in a store.
Stock availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. All Prices and Fees include VAT as applicable - unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Information

Shipment processing dates depend on your order, city, and payment type.

Delivery is 3-20 working days, excludes Friday, which is not a working day, and public holidays such as Eid and Saudi national day. During public holidays delivery may take up to 3-20 working days.

Delivery is estimated and not guaranteed; please see the product page for the most up-to-date estimate.

The product page is updated regularly based on the latest information. Delivery depends on the customer accepting and arranging delivery with the courier or Kadi Outdoor delivery team.

If the courier can't reach the customer, the delivery date will be affected, and delivery will be delayed without any responsibility to Kadi Outdoor.

Our estimated shipping time for orders to the Big cities [Riyadh - Dammam - Jeddah] is 3 to 5 days after the order is fulfilled.

Our estimated shipping time for orders within small towns is 5 to 7 days once the order is fulfilled.
This is not guaranteed, but the average shipping time is seen with our carrier (for 90+% of orders).

Collect from store


Place your order online, choose the "Collect from store" delivery option, and we will arrange your selected product(s) for collection in your chosen store.
The service is available from all Kadi Outdoor stores for small products only. While placing your order, check the individual product(s) page – exceptions may apply.
For confirmed "Collect from store" orders, the customer will receive within (24) hours an e-mail notification from Kadioutdoor.com as and when the product(s) is ready for collection. The following collection and reservation rules are applicable:
A valid ID and a printed copy of the order e-mail notification are required for collection.
For "Collect from the store," paid online orders are reserved for a maximum (of 7) days.
The orders will be handed over to the registered person upon order creation.
The receiver details are not changeable, whereas if the customer wants to change, this requires complete cancellation of the order and to be processed again.

Payment

The website allows purchasing product(s) and /or service(s) online and settling the payment online or in-store based on shipping and delivery methods available in Saudi Arabia. Payment transactions, including authorizations and settlements, will be in Saudi Riyals.

We accept the following modes of payment:
For online payment transactions, the customer will receive an order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. You should check your bank credit card / Mada card supplier for that. We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card / Mada card supplier for any reason.

We do not store your credit card / Mada card details on the website. All payment details entered through the website payment gateway are encrypted when you enter them. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are encrypted.

We cannot provide any of your payment information obtained via the web to other companies or individuals unless required by law. Our payment merchant processes this information.

Credit card / Mada card details provided by you for benefiting from the online service will be truthful, valid, and accurate, and you shall use the credit card which you lawfully own. The online service will not utilize and share the information with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications by law, regulation, or court order. The online service will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for the use of a card fraudulently will be on you, and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

If we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly. A full or portion refund will be given -through credit card / Mada card- which you have already been charged for.

Using the online payment facility of the website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this facility.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Kadi Outdoor: www.kadioutdoor.com reserves the right to cancel the order due to any of the following reasons: 

Payment rejection

 Customer no-show or delay for more than seven days in collecting his (paid online) “Collect from store” orders. Wrong delivery address given by customer or incorrect contact details or due to the customer is not reachable. 

If the customer wants to make a return because of a manufacturing defect or he doesn’t want the product, and there is a gift with his item, and it has been used, the amount of the gift will be deducted from the customer.

Cancelation by customer 

Please contact us to process an order cancelation. You can cancel the order due to any of the following reasons: The product/service(s) are not yet shipped to you. We have the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped to you by the time of your cancelation request. In case of cancelation, cancelation fees will apply after the order has been shipped to you. We cannot procure/deliver the product/service(s) in a reasonable time; that is (10) working days from the date we confirmed your order.

Return, Exchange, Refund

In case you are not satisfied with your product(s), or the product(s) is defective, within 14 days from the date you receive your order, you can request a "Return Material Pre-Authorization" to return the product(s) to Kadi Outdoor.

 Exclusions: Due to hygienic reasons Sleeping gears are not subject to any return, replacement, or refund unless found defective within (14) days. 

Any open box return or exchange will be subject to a 15% deduction. 

Suppose a return is a result of a product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery, or delivery of the wrong product. In that case, the customer will not be charged shipping fees or/and Bank transfer fees (35 SR). In case of returns for other reasons (i.e., customer needs an exchange or customer changed his mind), shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

 While preparing for a return, the product must be in its original packing with a complete set of accessories and manuals. We do not accept the return of products that have scratches or are damaged as a result of misuse. .

Complaints Policy

You can register a complaint if the delivery promise is not fulfilled on time for your order or if the required product or its published specifications on our website are inaccurate; you can register a complaint by calling the contact center via our unified number 8003010080 during the following times (Weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm, except Friday and Saturday), or by contacting our customer service through the main social networking site 24/7s:

Note that your complaint will take a maximum of 48 working hours from the concerned department to inform you via contacting the registered mobile number that has been taken during the complaint creation, to inform you of the followed procedures to address your complaint, as well as the time required to complete the necessary procedures according to the related policy or service.

Refund Policy

You can submit your refund request if the delivery promise is not fulfilled on time for your order, or the home delivery service is not met according to the official policy within a period that is not exceeding 15 working days, where you can contact the call center service via our unified number 8003010080 during the following working hours (Weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm, except Friday and Saturday), or by contacting our customer service through the leading social networking site 24/7s:

Note that the refund process will take a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of shipment rejection by informing the concerned courier company of the unwillingness to receive the request and the refund according to our policy..

Amendment of the terms and conditions

www.kadioutdoor.com may modify the Terms and Conditions of the Website without prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on our website. 

If the modified Terms and Conditions are unacceptable, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service, you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by this site's modified Terms & Conditions of Use..
