- Customer No-Show: The customer fails to collect their "Collect from Store" order (paid online) within seven days.
- Incorrect Information: The customer provided an invalid delivery address, incorrect contact details, or cannot be reached.
- Product Return with Gift: If the customer returns a product due to a manufacturing defect or personal preference, and a gift was included with the product but has been used, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation by Customer
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us. Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment: The product or service has not yet been shipped. Kadi Outdoor holds the right to determine whether the order was shipped by the time the cancellation request is received.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation fees will apply.
- Delayed Delivery: If we are unable to procure or deliver the product/service within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation, cancellation is permitted.

Return, Exchange, Refund
At Kadi Outdoor, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) or if the product(s) are defective, you may request a Return Material Pre-Authorization (RMPA) within 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product(s).
Exclusions
- Hygiene Products: Due to hygienic reasons, sleeping gear is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless a manufacturing defect is found within 14 days.
- Open Box Deductions: Any product returned or exchanged with an opened box will incur a 15% deduction from the refund.
Shipping and Fees
- Defective or Wrong Products: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, product malfunction, damage upon delivery, or incorrect product delivery, the customer will not be charged for shipping fees or bank transfer fees (35 SAR).
- Other Returns: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., exchange requests or change of mind), the shipping feesand bank transfer fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Conditions
- Original Packaging: All returned products must be in their original packaging, with complete accessories and manuals.
- Product Condition: Products showing signs of misuse, including scratches or physical damage, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
