Shipping Providers
Orders are delivered through trusted and approved shipping companies. Kadi Outdoor reserves the right to change the shipping provider at any time without prior notice to ensure the best service experience for our customers.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries only.
Any future expansion of shipping destinations will be announced through our official channels.
Shipping Within Saudi Arabia
Cost: Starts from SAR 35 and is calculated based on the weight of the order.
Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after shipping (excluding sale periods and the winter season).
Order Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping to GCC Countries
Cost: Starts from SAR 150 and is calculated based on the weight.
Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days after shipping.
Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the city, neighborhood, street, and building number.
Any delay resulting from incorrect information is the customer's responsibility.
Exceptional Circumstances
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, public emergencies, or peak season demand.
In such cases, customers will be contacted with an updated delivery schedule.
Delivery Conduct
We kindly ask customers to treat delivery personnel respectfully during handover.
Please note that any individual behavior by delivery personnel does not reflect the store’s policies, and the store is not liable for such actions.
Refusal to Receive Orders
If a customer refuses to receive an order without valid reason or issue, they are obligated to pay the full shipping fees. The order will be considered “deemed delivered.
