At Kadi Outdoor, we strive to provide a trustworthy shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction. To maintain transparency and fairness, we offer a clear return and exchange policy as follows:
1. Timeframe for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Approval
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with intact packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
Requests will be rejected if there are signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing components.
All items will be inspected by our team prior to approving any return or exchange.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Store credit is not offered as an alternative to refunds.
The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date of approval.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was shipped, Kadi Outdoor will cover all shipping costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sleeping pads/mattresses of all types

To submit a return or exchange request:
Contact our customer service via email or phone.
Provide your order number and product images (if requested).
After review and approval, return instructions will be provided.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.
7. Exceptions & Notes
If your request does not meet the above conditions, Kadi Outdoor reserves the right to reject the return without issuing a refund.
Items purchased during promotional or seasonal sales may be subject to different return/exchange rules, which will be clearly stated during the promotion or in the product details.
