  • Buyer: Any user placing an order for products through the store.
  • Products: All items listed for sale on the website.
  • Content: All information published on the platform, including text, images, and data.
  • Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions and any other related store policies.

  • The platform operates as an e-commerce store for displaying and selling products.
  • Advertisements on the website are not binding offers; a contract is formed upon order acceptance.
  • The store does not provide information services or organize outdoor trips.
  • The store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

9. Payment Policy 
  • Payments are accepted in SAR (Saudi Riyals).
  • Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, Mada, Apple Pay, Tabby, and Tamara.

10. Shipping Policy 
  • Within Saudi Arabia: Starting from SAR 35, delivery within 3–5 business days (excluding sale periods and the winter season).
  • Gulf Countries: Starting from SAR 150, delivery within 7–10 business days.

11. Return & Exchange Policy 
  • Return/exchange is accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
  • Some items (e.g., mattresses) are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the store only in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details and sign upon receipt.

12. Review Policy 
  • Reviews must be honest and objective.
  • Offensive language, inappropriate content, or promotional material is strictly prohibited.
  • The store reserves the right to remove or not publish any review that violates the policy.
